Love scuba diving? Want to share it with others on a whole new level? Take the PADI Divemaster course and do what you love to do as a career. Scuba divers look up to divemasters because they are leaders who mentor and motivate others. As a divemaster, not only do you get to dive a lot, but also experience the joy of seeing others have as much fun diving as you do.
Looking back 20 years ago when I first set foot as a PADI Divemaster, the reasons I tell people why I chose this career back then and now are different. I used to think becoming a PADI Divemaster was all about scuba diving, sharing the passion and having fun.
Fast forward to this day, I’ve realized that becoming a dive professional is an important milestone in my life. Equipped with this special set of skills, I am able to transform the lives of many. I have taken people who had so much fear in water and turned them into a competent diver. I have given hope and careers to many people as well.
Diving has changed the lives in people, giving them more confidence, teaching them to appreciate Mother Nature and in turn, becoming better people.

More scuba diving and more fun sharing what interests you – that’s what teaching specialty diver courses is all about. All PADI Instructors will benefit from taking specialty instructor training courses, especially those who are ready to step up to a MSD™ Trainer.
Technical (tec) diving means going beyond recreational scuba diving limits. But, tec divers will tell you that it’s really about the challenge and adventure of exploring places that no one else has ever seen.
Being a good PADI Instructor is beyond being good at teaching. A reasonably prudent Instructor should have a vast knowledge on equipment, repairs, copy writing and sharing information via social media.
