2008 Renewal and Application for Eurydice Members

Eurydice Membership - The most successful dive loyalty program in Singapore - will commence their renewal in October.

Workshops that educate divers on their buoyancy control or further instruct students on using strobes to enhance their underwater photography, popular PADI Specialties such as the Enriched Air Diver and Underwater Fish Identification courses, Orpheus Dive has arrange an entire series of programs and courses, encouraging divers to further their dive education.

The benefits of Eurydice Membership is targeted to divers from two aspect. One, the more you learn about diving, the more a diver will enjoy diving and the safer they become. Two, as Eurydice Member, we reward you by giving more discounts to you and passing our bulk discounts from suppliers and overseas operators back to you.

Special programs that you can take between 31 Oct - 31 Dec 2007 to renew your Eurydice Membership for 2008 calendar year. Alternatively, any courses taken between 1st October to 31st October will count towards Eurydice Membership application.

How to become a member?

Eurydice Membership is valid for one calendar year only.

As long as you sign up for any diving courses that Orpheus Dive offers, you will be automatically placed on the membership system .

Renewal Procedures

All Eurydice memberships expire on 31 December of each calendar year, regardless of when a person becomes a Eurydice. Those who become new members after 31 October will automatically be renew for the following year.

Eurydice members will be inform to renew their memberships between 31 October to 31 December each year by signing up for promotional PADI dive courses.

Promotions

Eurydice members are entitled to heavily discounted dive trips, equipment acquisition , equipment rental and dive courses.

1) What is a Eurydice member and how do I become a Eurydice member?

A Eurydice Member is any individual who signs up for an open water diver course or higher at Full Retail Price. At the end of each year, we will send out emails to divers to renew and carry on enjoying their Eurydice member privileges by signing up for another course at Eurydice Price to renew the membership

2) What is the purpose of a Eurydice membership?

One of the main purposes of creating the Eurydice membership is to be able to say thank you and give back to all the loyal supporters of our dive center each an every year. Another reason is to encourage divers to unltimately continue diving, hone their diving skills, and pass on their experiences others.

3) How will I benefit as a Eurydice member ?

As a Eurydice Member, you can enjoy benefits such as exclusive pricing on your diving education, dive trips, and renting as well as buying your own equipment. An added benefit for you is that you are able to plan your courses throughout the year according to your schedule knowing that you will receive special pricing for your education.

The benefits don't end there! As long as you are a Eurydice Member before Oct 31st of the current year, we will allow you to renew your Eurydice membership in the months of November and December by taking any diving or non-diving course at Eurydice Member Pricing. Then throughout following calendar year you can continue to enjoy all the be aboved mentioned benefits without pause in membership.

4) How long does a Eurydice membership last?

Eurydice membership will last for one calendar year(January to December). As we stated earlier, one of the main objectives of creating the Eurydice membership is to promote and encourage divers to learn more, thus becoming better divers. If the membership is lifetime, many divers may not take advantage of the membership because there is no expiration.

For example: If you sign up at full retail for the open water scuba diving class in April 2007, you will be able to excercise all the benefits of exclusive pricing till December 2007 on your next series of diving courses, al most all dive trips that are planned for 2007 and any dive equipment that you may want to buy or rent. There is no limit to how much you can save in 2007. In November and December of 2007, you will receive an email to renew your Eurydice membership by signing up for any course at Eurydice Member Price, discounted price, and carry on enjoying your Eurydice member privileges in 2008.

5) I am a Eurydice member but my friends are not and they find Orpheus Dive prices too expensive.

We hear this alot. Eurydice membership is designed for divers who are into safe diving and understand the importance of divers' training. As a PADI 5 Star IDC - Orpheus Dive is committed to safer training and standards for divers. If you have gone diving with us in the past, you already know that we are dedicated instructors, and care about you, as a person and as a diver, and your overall experience. We look forward to seeing you at the shop to say hello, or on future dive trips. Your relationship with Orpheus Dive NEVER starts and ends with one class or dive trip. 6) Why does Eurydice Membership last for only 1 year and not lifetime membership

The objective of Eurydice membership is to promote and encourage divers to learn more, thus becoming better divers. If the membership is lifetime, many divers will not want to advance their diving education after their PADI Advanced Open Water Diver course.

7) Are there so many courses a diver can do?

The answer is Yes. PADI has many different specialties available to divers. Your learning DO NOT STOP at PADI Advanced Open Water Diver. They are lottsa specialties that help divers to become better and enjoy diving more.
