| Educational Policies |
A
3 (THREE) months period is allocated to complete
any selected scuba program, commencement and
end dates inclusive. Deferment or extension of
the validity period for the program will not
be entertained regardless of medical or personal
reasons.
Upon the allocation of dates for the program,
should a change be requested for, it should be
provided and acknowledged by the education center,
no less than seven days before commencement of
the program or departure for the sea dive portion
of the program (if inclusive).
The Company reserves the right to accept or
refuse any request for changes made less than
seven days before program commencement or trip
departure. Sea dive portion of the program is
scheduled upon availability. Please check with
the dive center for the latest departure schedule. |

| Tour Cancellations |
In
the event of any cancellation, the following
cancellation fees will be levied unless specified
otherwise within the product write-up:

- The cancellation fees will also apply to
passengers not holding a valid passport or other necessary travel documents at
time of departure.
- Deposits will be forfeited.

A
deposit of 50% of the trip / package / course per
person is required upon booking. This payment MUST
be made 2 weeks before date of departure or courses.
The amounts may vary for each reservation or tour
package and are listed in the respective package
price list. A payment of deposit does not constitute
the confirmation of booking or tour. Full payment
is required by the stipulated time-frame listed in
the respective package price list. Failure to comply
with this may result in an automatic cancellation
of reservation and a forfeiture of deposit. |

No refunds, either
in part or in full, will be made for unused air tickets,
ground transportation, meals, accommodations, activities,
dives, rental of equipment or sightseeing tours not
taken.
ADMINISTRATIVE / AMENDMENT FEE
A minimum administrative fee of S$75 will be charged
for any amendment after documents are processed and additional
S$50 after reservations have been acted upon. This
administration fee will be charged in addition to
any charges imposed by the airlines, hotels, tour
operators, etc.
A transfer to another tour package, at your request,
does not constitute an amendment but entails the
cancellation of the original booking and is subjected
to the applicable cancellation fees as stated above. |

Prices
are subject to revision without notice in the
event of unforeseen circumstances like currency
fluctuations, increases in hotel rates, increases
in airfares, local taxes etc. The tour price
excludes pre/post tour accommodation, laundry,
room service, unspecified meals or tours, beverages,
excess baggage charge, passport and visa costs,
airport taxes, personal and baggage insurance,
tips and all items not listed in the tour package
write up. |

The Company reserves
the right to cancel any tour prior to departure
for any reason whatsoever, including but not
limited to insufficient number of tour participants.
Should this happen, the entire payment will be
refunded without any further obligations or liability
on the part of the Company. |

Airline schedules,
local and other conditions may affect accommodation,
flights and routings. Should this occur, the
Company reserves the right to substitute arrangement
of similar value. |

|
Extension of stay / deviation may be permitted at
the end of tour, subject to maximum validity and
restrictions of air ticket, seat confirmation and
availability of hotel prior to commencement of tour.
It is the passenger’s responsibility to hold
firm confirmation of their return flight. Any extra
cost of extension and deviation will be borne by
the passenger.
Extension of stay / deviation will be at passenger’s
own expense & transfer to airport will not be
provided.
The air ticket issued is a special ticket, restricted
to a specific airline only. It is non-negotiable,
non-endorsable, non-reissuable, non-refundable & non-reroutable.
Any alteration in routing or dates by the passenger is
solely at his/her own risk. The Company and its associated
agents shall not be held responsible for any inconvenience
caused and extra expense incurred. |

For
diving tours & packages, your dive certification
card (C-Card) & Dive Log form part of your
travel documents & verification of your
dive skills. The C-Card and date of last dive
needs to be provided to the Company at the
time of booking without the asking by the Company.
For safety measures, the supplying agents/operators
reserve to right to request for this verification
prior to participation. They also reserve the
right to decline a participation &/or recommend
a Refresher Course at additional cost & /
or cancel the tour participation. In the event
the passenger’s participation is declined &/or
cancelled, refunds will be at the discretion
of the Supplying Agents / Operators. |

All arrangements for the provision of transport,
accommodation, sightseeing tours and other services
are made by the Company through appointed agents
only.
All exchange orders, receipts, contracts and tickets
issued by the Company are subject to applicable tariffs,
terms and conditions under which the accommodation,
transportation and other services whatsoever are
provided by the hotels, transport companies, airlines,
railroad lines, steamship lines, owners or contractors
concerned. By acceptance of such exchange orders,
receipts, contracts and tickets, the tour participant
is deemed to have agreed to the applicable tariffs,
terms, and conditions.
Every person participating in any tour/holiday organised
by the Company does so at his/her own risk with respect
to loss or damage to property or injury to person
except where such loss, damage or injury was caused
by the negligence or wilful misconduct of the Company,
its employees or agents. The tour participant accepts
full responsibility for damages, losses, and expenses
due to delay, sickness, weather, strikes, quarantine,
or acts of God. No tour leaders/guides or other employees
or agents of the Company are authorised to commit
the Company to any liability whatsoever and the Company
will not be bound by any statement or representation
unless in writing and signed by a management executive
of the Company.
The Company is only acting as an agent in organising
the respective holiday components and will not be
held responsible for any loss, damage, cost, expense
or inconvenience caused by the suppliers or appointed
agents of such holiday component. In no case shall
the Company or their employees or agents be liable
for any causes outside their reasonable control or
from any act or omission of the suppliers or appointed
agents. |

Rental of equipment
is provided as an additional assistance only.
The Company is not responsible for equipment
malfunctions whilst on the tour, injuries to
hirers or damage to equipment. It is the sole
responsibility of the hirer to acknowledge that
the equipment are in good order prior to accepting
the rental. The hirer will also assume the responsibility
to reimburse the supplier for any equipment lost &/or
damaged whilst under the care of the hirer. |

These terms and
conditions shall be deemed severable. In the
event that any provision is determined to be
unenforceable or invalid, such provision shall
nonetheless be enforced to the fullest extent
permitted by applicable law, and such determination
shall not affect the validity and enforceability
of any other remaining provisions. |

All divers will
be required to sign a liability waiver form during
enrolment of a scuba program or prior to departure
for recreational divers and abide by all diving
rules of the operators. |
| |
|
The
Company reserves the right to alter any route,
itinerary, and/or accommodation without prior
notice to you if it shall in its reasonable
discretion think fit and necessary or in the
case of force majeure.
The Company also has the right to decline
acceptance of any person as a member of the
tour if it appears that that person is likely
to endanger the health of safety, impair
the comfort and enjoyment of others on the
tour. |

We strongly recommend
that you purchase a Personal Travel Insurance
policy prior to the commencement of your holiday. |

|
Any complaints
/ claims have to be made in writing within 03
days from the date of return. No responsibility
is accepted in respect of any complaints / claims
which are made after 03 days of return. This
agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic
of Singapore and you agree to submit to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of
Singapore. |

It is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure
that his / her passport has a validity of at least
6 months from the date of departure. Relevant visas
and vaccinations may be required. Tour/Package fares
will not be refundable in the event of any cancellation
due to non-approval of visas or any other reasons
before the cancellation notice dates as stated above.
Any passenger who requires the Company to apply for
visas on his/her behalf will be charged a minimum
processing fee of S$25 (non-refundable) per tour
participant.
The Company shall not be held responsible or liable
for the deportation or refusal of entry by immigration
authorities of any tour participants resulting from
improper travel documents, possession of unlawful
items or any such immigration irregularities. The
Company shall also not be held responsible or liable
for any expenses, reimbursement, or refund of tour
prices if any tour participants is refused entry
by any country before departure or during the tour
for whatever reason, including but not limited to
non-possession of necessary visas.
