The main Suunto Singapore Distributor for Suunto Diving products is based in Kuala Lumpur and not Singapore and the onlySuunto Singapore Distributor for all Suunto Premium Lifestyle watches is ChronoSoft Watch Group Pte Ltd.

IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL SUUNTO DIVE COMPUTER OWNERS
Suunto recommends a complete overhaul of your diving instrument every 2 year or 200 dives, whichever comes first. During the recommended servicing, the following services will be rendered on your diving instrument (computers).
- The computer will be disassembled down to the case.
- All of the o-rings / seals will be replaced and all the buttons and contacts inside will be replaced.
- There will be an integrity test which places the computer under pressure and tests for displacement of the case and air tightness. Lastly, a function test will be done where the computer is dived in a pressure pot to test the functionality of the unit.
WHY DO YOU NEED TO DO THIS?
Like any diving equipment you own, whether you have diligently maintained it or not, there are bound to be wear and tear. For models such as the Suunto D4, D4i or D4i Novo, the four buttons have O-Rings in it and are held by a small piece of Circlip (also commonly known as E-Clip). Over time, the O-rings installed in the buttons do get worn down and potentially can cause a leak when you use it underwater. We have found broken circlip in aging dive computers before as well or dive computers with “sticking button” also known as stuck buttons.
For Suunto D6, D6i, D6i Novo, D9, Stinger, Spyder, they too should have their buttons replace. But it is slightly easier to replace the buttons on these models and usually during your battery change, we will recommend that you have them change based on 2 year or 200 dives.

SUUNTO DIVE COMPUTER BATTERY REPLACEMENT
Replace your Suunto Scuba Diving Computer Battery on the spot. Our in-house technicians will take approximately 30 minutes to clean up your computer, change the battery and replace the O-Ring of your computer, and pressure test your computer to 40 metres.
SUUNTO DIVE COMPUTER BUTTONS REPLACEMENT
It is highly recommended that you request for a change of buttons every 4 to 5 years to ensure the integrity of your Suunto Dive Computer. Models such as Suunto D4, D4i, D4i Novo, D6, D6i, D6i Novo, D9, D9x and Stinger should have their buttons check on an annual basis.
SUUNTO DIVE COMPUTER MODULE REPLACEMENT OR REPAIRS
If you have a sensor gone wrong or your battery change does not last more than 12 months, there is a possibility that your dive computer requires either a change of sensor or the entire module.

NEW SOFTWARE 1.5.9 FOR SUUNTO D-SERIES DIVE COMPUTERS
Suunto, the world’s leading dive computer brand, introduces an optional software update bringing usability and performance improvements to the Suunto DX, Suunto D6i, Suunto D6i Novo, Suunto D4i and Suunto D4i Novo.
Suunto’s D-series dive computers are known for their refined design and solid functionality. The new software update 1.5.9 builds on consumer feedback and makes the devices even more user-friendly whether you’re an experienced technical diver, freediver or an adventurous spirit new to the diving world.
The new enhancements include:
- The dive mode selection is moved to sub menu ”General Settings” to make it easier to change and dive with the desired mode.
- Easier and quicker digital compass calibration brought to D6i (similar to the DX) adds the possibility to calibrate the compass also underwater.
- Stopwatch usage simplified.
- Enhanced battery and pressure sensor checking.
This optional software update is available to existing Suunto DX, D6i and D4i owners via Authorized Suunto Service Centers. Please note, Suunto authorized battery change points are not able to offer this software update. When you send your dive computer for servicing or a battery change, the software will be updated at the same time without an additional cost. Without a battery change or other service procedure the cost is a handling fee that varies from country to country. D4, D6, D9 and D9tx can not be updated – you can identify the model on the backplate of your dive computer.
