WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE

Generally speaking, all three programs are confined water training (pool training). But there is a slight difference between each of them, even though the terms are commonly mixed up.

SCUBA REVIEW | SCUBA REFRESHER

Both Scuba Review and Refresher are similar in nature, with regards to the skills covered during the session. Scuba Reviews can be for both certified and non-certified divers. For some divers who are doing their PADI Open Water Diver Referral Program, they might have to do another Scuba Review session prior to their 4 ocean dives. 

PADI REACTIVATE

PADI Reactivate is an initiative from PADI. Over the past years, before WRSTC and all other diving agencies made is compulsory for each diver to have their own manual, scuba divers attended the Scuba Refresher will very little retained information about scuba diving. This made both teaching and learning more challenging. With The PADI Reactivate is acutally an Digital App, native to tablets and mobile devices, you’ll immerse yourself in dive scenarios and make decisions that test your understanding of important dive safety concepts, dive planning essentials and problem management. Move through ReActivate at your own pace and delve deeper into topics when you need or want to.

Upon completing your knowledge development with The PADI Reactivate App, you are now ready to jump into the pool and regain comfort and confidence in scuba diving.
